COVID-19 FAQ
1. WHY IS MY ORDER DELAYED
Currently, your order may experience fulfillment and shipping delays due to COVID-19 and government restrictions. We are actively routing orders to the optimal facility for processing to ensure we can get your order to you as quickly as possible.
2. IS MY PACKAGE AND PRODUCT SAFE?
We understand that you may have concerns and the official CDC FAQ page has some helpful information regarding how COVID-19 is transmitted, including:
"In general, because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures. Coronaviruses are generally thought to be spread most often by respiratory droplets. Currently there is no evidence to support transmission of COVID-19 associated with imported goods and there have not been any cases of COVID-19 in the United States associated with imported goods. Information will be provided on the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) website as it becomes available."

Domestic Shipping Policy
1. Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 7 - 13 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $100 or more for all domestic orders. For orders under $100 we offer Standard shipping for a flat fee of $5.99. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates: 15 - 25 days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
3. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
funnyrosee Store ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
4. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 - 48 hours.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
funnyrosee Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
funnyrosee Store is liable for all products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please email us at funnyrosee.myshopify.shop@gmail.com
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
7. International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
